Other Registration Issues:

· Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

· Prepayment is required at the time you reserve your space.

· Class sizes are limited to 6-8 participants, depending on class.

· By registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read this entire policy, including the refund policy.

· If you have any allergies or special needs, please let us know prior to registering. It is not our intention to exclude anyone from participating, but we also don't want anyone having a reaction or being uncomfortable because of our class setting.

Cancellation Policy:

No Cash Refunds. All class registration payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class that you have registered for, please refer to the options below.

· Full Rescheduling Credit: If you notify us of the need to reschedule with at least 7 DAYS NOTICE, your full registration fee, minus a $5 rescheduling charge, will be applied toward another class. We prefer that you let us know at the time of cancellation which class you would like to attend.

· Partial Rescheduling Credit: If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice (but less than 7 days notice), you will be given a credit of HALF of your registration fee toward another class. We prefer that you let us know at the time of cancellation which class you would like to attend.

· Non-credit: If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or are a no show FOR ANY REASON, the entire registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, nontransferable, and no future credit will be given.

Class Cancellations (if we cancel): If enrollment is below the minimum of 3 students, the instructor has the right to cancel the class up to 3 days prior to the class. If a class is cancelled, you will be contacted using the phone number and/or email that you provided when registering, and will receive a full refund or a credit for any future class (your choice).

What to bring and not bring:

For almost all classes, we will provide everything you need for class. If an instructor requests you to bring anything, it will be indicated in the class description. Most classes can get messy. Please wear clothing that can get dirty.

Please do not arrive for class with any additional people (including husbands and children). Non-participants can be a distraction to other class participants and space is limited and necessary for those taking the class. Pets are also not permitted.
