Welcome Groupon Customers! These are the final available dates. We will honor groupons for classes through the end of March.
Have you always wanted to make your own candles so you could have the colors, scents and styles that YOU like? Then here is your opportunity. Come create beautiful, hand-crafted candles. This class is a fun, hands-on introduction to candle making and covers all the information you need to get started.
You will receive generalized instruction and information about candle making safety, the types of wax and wicks available to you, how to chose a container, and how to use dyes and fragrances.
You will make and take home 3 styles of candles which you have designed-4 votive candles, a jar/container candle and a novelty candle. You will also be provided with written notes to take home.
Please note that this class teaches how to make paraffin candles. The class does not include soy wax candle making. This class is approximately 3-4 hours long. Due to the temperature of the wax, there is a 16+ age restriction. Please wear clothing that can get messy.
Classes are scheduled approximately 2 months at a time. Class size is strictly limited to allow personalized attention. Pre-registration is required. As classes are added, the dates will be posted.
